Our primary goal is to improve the lives of children and thier families in the community through various projects.
The organization is working hard to address issues like lack of food, shelter, and basic sanitation, affecting most nearby villages. Unfortunately, these people have received little formal education and little government support. HELO is exceptionally thankful for the donations received from organizations and individuals, as they make a significant difference in providing essential supplies in the area. Your donations can go a long way in supporting HELO’s mission.
- A donation of $50 can provide a family with bed supplies or kitchen utensils like pots, pans, and a gas burner.
- A donation of $700 can provide a family with an outdoor brick toilet, a luxury for many, as many homes do not have a bathroom.
- A donation of $1,500 can give a family a safe new home, providing much-needed shelter.

Family Profiles
Heng Sophal family from Ao Louk Village in the Bakong community of Siem Reap province. The family have 2 sons and 2 daughters and are farmers by profession.
With donations from Yong Chee Chang, Lim Boon Hian, Ang Guat Yo, Cheng Siew Cha & Lim Mah Siew from Brunei, HELO were able to construct a new house as the previous house had become unfit for living.
